Jessica is a partner with the firm and practices in our Anti-Fraud and Extra Contractual Litigation practice group. Since 2010, she has provided litigation services in a variety of insurance coverage and regulatory issues, including property loss, liability, auto insurance defense, and life insurance. She has also assisted clients with the implementation of fraud detection and prevention strategies. Jessica has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 from Gustavus Adolphus College. She earned a Master of Arts degree in 2005 from San Diego State University. She received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2010 from William Mitchell College of Law where she earned a spot on the Dean’s list and she was a recipient of CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in Bankruptcy, Copyright Law, Land Use. Jessica served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth H. Martin of the Tenth Judicial District Court of Minnesota and she clerked in the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office.
