Charles Spevacek has been named a Fellow of the newly formed American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC).  Established in 2012, the ACCEC is composed of preeminent coverage and extracontractual counsel in the United States and Canada, representing the interests of both insurers and policyholders. Membership is limited, and is by invitation.

Chuck is a Senior Partner and serves on Meagher & Geer’s Management Committee. He is also Co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Law practice group. He has over 30 years experience litigating complex commercial cases, with particular emphasis on the trial and appeal of insurance coverage disputes. Chuck advises and counsels the insurance industry on claims, underwriting and marketing issues; and in the trial and appeal of insurance coverage disputes. He represents his clients’ interests in courts across the country. He has shared his expertise on insurance issues in testimony before the Minnesota Legislature.
