Meagher + Geer is proud to announce that Nikolas Thompson has joined the firm as an associate in our Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Intellectual Property, and Professional Liability practice groups.

Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, Nik was an associate attorney at a firm in the Phoenix metro where he handled a variety of employment law, personal injury and contract matters.

Nik earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he contributed as a staff writer for Jurimetrics, the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. He was selected as a Senior Fellow for the McCarthy Institute and worked as a research assistant to Professor David Franklyn in the areas of trademarks and unfair competition law.

Outside the office, Nik loves to spend time with his wonderful wife, Jessica, and their sweet dogs Cali and Finnegan. He also enjoys wine tasting, traveling abroad, coaching soccer, and watching sports.
