Meagher + Geer announces that partner, Heather Neubauer, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

Heather serves on Meagher + Geer’s Management Committee and chairs the firm’s Products Liability, Asbestos, Mass Tort/Toxic Tort, and Safety and Environmental practice groups. She focuses her litigation practice on the following types of matters: asbestos, construction defect, general liability, mass toxic torts, personal injury, and products liability.
