Meagher & Geer litigators secure summary judgment for insurer in aviation property damage case

On Tuesday, April 3, 2019, U.S. District Judge Donavan Frank issued a ruling that the insurer had no obligation to defend or indemnify an aircraft charter company with respect to a 2016 ground collision involving two leased business jets.

The Meagher & Geer team representing the defendants included Timothy Schupp and Robert Vaccaro.
