Their chapter is substantial, accounting for almost 1/8 of the entire handbook. The handbook’s editors are Steven Plitt and Steven J. Gross, attorneys at Kunz Plitt Hyland & Demlong in Phoenix, AZ.
Kurt Zitzer practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and professional liability defense. He is a cum laude graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and a graduate of Trinity College. He is an “AV” rated lawyer and has been listed in the 2012 edition of Southwest Super Lawyers® in the area of insurance law. Kurt regularly writes and speaks on insurance law and professional liability topics.
Jordan Plitt practices in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and professional liability defense. He graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He has been listed in Southwest Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in the field of insurance law in 2012. He has co-authored a number of professional articles and assisted in the publication of several chapters in Couch on Insurance 3d.
