Meagher & Geer P.L.L.P. partner Mark Bloomquist, chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section, and co-chair of the firm’s construction practice group, is quoted in the March 30, 2009 Minnesota Lawyer article, “Lawyers at Work,” by Barbara Jones. Says Bloomquist, “The volume and size of the stimulus projects means an immediate inflow of new work for construction law lawyers.” This is good news for many industries.
