The law firm of Meagher & Geer is pleased to announce that John Radmer has been elected to partnership in the firm, effective March 1, 2014.

John is a litigation attorney in the firm’s commercial litigation, intellectual property, and products liability practice groups. Across these practice areas, John maintains a specialized practice, applying his mechanical engineering education to focus on the complex convergence of science, engineering, and law. In his commercial litigation practice, John recently was a member of a litigation team representing two Fortune 50 retailers against consumer class actions filed in several states relating to honey labeling.

John’s intellectual property practice focuses on trade secrets, where he represents companies seeking to protect these valuable assets and also defends individuals and companies accused of misappropriation. In the area of products liability defending manufacturers and distributors, John’s experience spans several industries and includes lawsuits involving numerous technologies and products, including FDA-regulated products, automotive manufacturing equipment, and pneumatic conveying systems.
