Meagher + Geer trial lawyers, Joseph Simmer and Besse McDonald, successfully defended a western Minnesota hospital and its providers against allegations that a patient’s death was the result of a delayed diagnosis. After a six-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict finding the providers were not negligent in their care and treatment of the patient.
