Technical Specialist, Fire Scientist David Bridges will participate in the First Responders Panel – Enhancing Cooperation at the 25th Annual Insurance Committee for Arson Control (ICAC) Fire & Arson Investigation Seminar. This panel discussion will focus on ways of improving the dialogue between public and private sectors to improve scene and evidence preservation while avoiding incidents of spoliation during the investigation into fire and explosion incidents.

This annual seminar focuses on fire and arson investigation techniques, procedures and resources, and is designed for claims, SIU personnel, attorneys, independent adjusters, and fire investigators. This conference is held February 23-26, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
