The firm extends congratulations to our client MMIC, named one of the Top 100 Workplaces in the Twin Cities. For the polling, 1,020 employers were contacted in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. To qualify, companies had to have at least 50 employees and agree to allow employees to take a confidential survey. In all, 169 companies participated and 33,193 employees were surveyed. The Star Tribune’s first ever “Top Workplaces” special section was published in the newspaper on Sunday, June 20, 2010 and can be found online at www.startribune.com/topworkplaces. The survey found that “Good employers share similar traits. For example, their employees feel “genuinely appreciated, and believe that the organization is going in the right direction.” Based solely on the results of this survey—which measured employee opinions on company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, and benefits—the Star Tribune ranked the top 20 large companies (500 or more employees), the top 35 midsize companies (150 to 499 employees), and the top 45 small companies (50 to 149 employees).
Congratulations MMIC!
