Chuck Spevacek was recognized by Minnesota Lawyer magazine as “Attorney of the Year” for 2006. Only 15 members of the bar are selected for this honor each year, and criteria includes procuring a successful result in an important case or transaction, exercising leadership, participating in newsworthy events in the legal community, performing significant service for the bar or general public and/or excellence in providing in-house legal services. Chuck defends insurance companies on a national level, and is at the forefront of seminal issues in insurance coverage law.
