Greg serves as outside general counsel for many companies, advising them on everything from formation and startup issues to sale, dissolution or merger. He also handles matters including commercial litigation, employment law, contracts, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance and account collection.

Barb focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers faced with claims of medical malpractice – including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, social workers, physician assistants and physical therapists, and entities such as hospitals and nursing homes. She has won 47 defense verdicts since 2003.

Chuck has over 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial cases, with particular emphasis on the trial and appeal of insurance coverage disputes, including insurance-related class-actions and mass tort claims. He co-heads the firm insurance practice, and serves on the Management Committee.
