Meagher & Geer is pleased to announce that employment law attorneys, Debra Weiss and Erik Roots will share their insights at this program in a series of seminars for employers hosted by Marsh & McLennan Agency.

Debra and Erik will discuss best practices and provide practical solutions that balance a company’s legal compliance issues with its business objectives and goals as they relate to sexual harassment and #MeToo.

Attendees will participate in a candid, interactive discussion about sexual harassment; hear a brief overview of the current state of sexual harassment case law in Minnesota since the onset of the #MeToo movement and how it has changed, if at all; and receive clear guidance on how employers can improve their employee harassment policies and update and improve their harassment training sessions.
