On May 15, Meagher & Geer attorneys Elizabeth Poeschl and Lenae Pederson will lead a webinar designed to teach engineers, architects, and other design professionals about what to do when faced with legal claims involving their work.  Liz and Lenae will discuss the types of claims that can be brought against an engineer/architect, the legal standard that must be met to support any such claim, and what you can do to protect yourself from a claim.  They  will also discuss the actions that an engineer/architect should take if a claim arises.  Additionally, the duo will discuss what is expected of an engineer/architect if hired to act as an expert in litigation case.
