Meagher & Geer Partner Debra Weiss will be speaking in a presentation titled “Sexual Harassment in the Age of #MeToo: More Than Just a Hashtag”, together with Jen Tregarten of the Lockton Companies.

This event will include a review of the legal standard that an employee has to establish in order to prevail on an actionable sexual harassment claim in state and federal court in Minnesota. We will also explore recent trends in jury verdicts and court decisions in Minnesota to provide context for the issues that have been litigated.
