Laura Hanson Speaks at 2013 DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute

Laura Hanson, a senior partner in our Minneapolis office, has been selected as a faculty member for the annual Defense Research Institute (DRI) Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute held in Chicago, April 10-12, 2013. Her presentation is entitled “Tenders of Coverage/Tenders of Defense.” Laura’s program will cover what constitutes a tender and what is notice, sharing of defense costs, recovery of pre-tender fees, estoppel principles, the “other insurance” clause, priority of coverage, and defense conflicts.
