Chuck Spevacek, a senior partner in our Minneapolis office, has been selected as a faculty member for the Minnesota Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) 40th Annual Seminar held in Minneapolis on January 24, 2013.  His presentation is entitled “Insurance Coverage Disputes: Perspectives of Company Counsel & Policyholder Counsel.” To learn more about this seminar, please visit the RIMS website.

Chuck has over 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial cases, with particular emphasis on the trial and appeal of insurance coverage disputes.
