Amy Woodworth, a partner in our Minneapolis office, will speak at the annual ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation seminar in Tucson, March 5-8, 2014.

In her presentation titled It’s Not Nice to Brag, But is It Disparagement? Recent Trends in Coverage for Implied Disparagement Claims under the Lanham Act, Amy will address emerging issues regarding insurance coverage for claims made under the Lanham Act.
