Susan has been in private practice since 1990 and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business continuation planning, privately-owned businesses, partnerships and limited liability companies, and the general representation of successful businesses and individuals.
Susan is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin where she represents many individuals and businesses. Many of her clients are individuals and businesses with assets and business interests in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Prior to going into private practice, Susan was a prosecutor with the Minneapolis City Attorney and the Anoka County Attorney representing the City and the County in a variety of criminal and civil matters.
She is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Bankruptcy Court, the United States Tax Court, and the State Courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. She earned her B. A. degree from Hamline University in 1983 and her J. D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1986.
