Kate McBride, a partner and head of Meagher & Geer’s appellate practice group, will co-present at Minnesota CLE’s 9th Annual Appellate Practice Institute on March 13, 2015. During an afternoon breakout session titled, “Petitions for Review to the Minnesota and U.S. Supreme Courts,” a panel will provide insights into how to decide when to petition for review, advocate that your case is review-worthy, compose a successful petition and more.

Kate focuses her practice on appellate law and complex motions – especially those involving litigation issues, professional liability, insurance coverage, and other areas in which the firm maintains a trial practice.
