Meagher + Geer announces that partner, Robert Graff has been elected to the firm’s Management Committee for a five-year term. Rob focuses his practice on insurance coverage and complex environmental litigation— particularly cases involving environmental claims made under a wide variety of insurance policies. When the environmental claims involve a catastrophic event, he represents insurers and insured in both defending against such claims and their efforts to recover funds from legally responsible third parties. He represents insurers in complex insurance conflicts in jurisdictions across the country. He’s currently leveraging that experience by providing his advice and counsel to insurers faced with COVID-19 insurance coverage related questions.
