On March 18, Minnesota Continuing Legal Education will host its all-day course, Hiring: How to Select and Assess Applicants Lawfully and Effectively. Meagher + Geer employment law attorney, Bradley Lindeman will present, Utilizing Employer Testing of Knowledge, Skills, Ability, and Other Characteristics (KSAOs).

Implementing testing in the hiring process may help to efficiently and objectively screen large numbers of applicants but it poses traps for the unwary. Bradley will outline how to minimize the risk of liability and maximize the utility of testing during this engaging presentation.
