Chuck Spevacek Speaks at DRI Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium

Chuck Spevacek, a senior partner in our Minneapolis office, has been selected as a faculty member for the annual Defense Research Institute (DRI) Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium held in New York, December 15-16, 2011. His presentation is entitled “Litigating the Confessed Judgment Coverage Case: There May Be a Diamond in That Lump of Coal.” This marks Chuck’s fifth appearance as a faculty member for this prestigious national continuing legal education program.

In years past, attendance has exceeded 500. DRI, with 22,000 members, is an international organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation.

Chuck has over thirty years experience litigating complex commercial cases, with particular emphasis on the trial and appeal of insurance coverage disputes.
