Meagher & Geer attorneys Debra Weiss and Jacalyn Chinander presented Lawyer UP! Building A Successful Partnership with Outside Counsel at the HRP 2013 Spring Conference on April 3, 2013. This dynamic session provided strategic methods to empower employer partnerships with outside counsel. Debra and Jacalyn shared top ten tips for proactively addressing problems in the workplace and minimizing the risk of litigation. The presentation included real-world examples and anecdotes of relationships that have worked well, and those that have NOT. The conference was attended by more than 150 human resource professionals, management and consultants, and was well-received by all.
