We are shocked and saddened to announce the passing of our friend and partner Bradley Lindeman. Brad has been an integral part of the firm since 1999, following his graduation from the University of South Dakota School of Law. He also holds a Master of Arts from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Buena Vista University. After law school, Brad had the honor of clerking for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman, Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

As a distinguished leader at Meagher + Geer, Brad chaired the firm’s Employment Practice and Corporate/Business Services practice groups. He has built a formidable reputation for defending commercial litigation claims in employment discrimination, contract disputes, and product liability cases. Brad’s expertise has been sought after by several national and international companies in the medical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and software development industries.

Brad’s exceptional legal acumen has earned him recognition as a Minnesota Rising Star or Super Lawyers® every year since 2001. He has also been consistently selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Litigation – Labor and Employment. In addition to his legal practice, Brad has contributed significantly to the firm’s strategic direction as a member of the Management Committee.

In addition to being an exceptional lawyer, Brad was a friend to all.  He will be greatly missed by his colleagues, clients and many friends.  We express our deepest sympathy to his dear family.
