
Tim is an associate attorney in Meagher + Geer’s real estate practice group. He represents property owners, managers, and tenants in state and federal court on matters related to land use, contract enforcement, and lender and lien disputes. He also assists clients with their transactional needs, including leasing, securitized interests, and acquisitions and sales. Before joining Meagher + Geer, Tim worked as a litigator and served as associate general counsel for a regional real estate management company.
Tim earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, with a concentration in Environmental and Energy Law. While in law school, Tim served on the Minnesota Law Review as an Online Editor and Staff Editor. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Tim attended Knox College and worked in outdoor education and consumer rights.
Outside the office, Tim enjoys photography, music, and exploring the stranger parts of the Upper Midwest.
