Darren Hepper focuses his practice on catastrophic loss and recovery — offering in-depth defense and subrogation services to clients that face catastrophic losses due to fires, explosions, and chemical releases within the chemical manufacturing and processing industry.
Before becoming a lawyer, Darren worked as a product development engineer at 3M Corporation and a process development engineer with Dow Corning Corporation. Darren recently completed an advanced cause and origin investigation program sponsored by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). He is also certified as a Hazardous Materials Technician.
